copper print in yellow (rare) on natl. cotton/linen depicting Bible story of “Joseph vendu par ses freres (Joseph being sold by his brothers). Probably produced by a manufacturer. Contains image of seventeen figures, a donkey, various forms of vegetation, a throne, draped fabric and words on the floating island motif. Commonly used for hangings in rooms, bedcovers, table covers and possibly clothing
