Rectangle of natural colored linen/cotton (7.5”x~15”) with fine embroidery. Casing sewn into one end, gathered tightly by draw string of linen/cotton (button hole and braided. Outer surface heavily embroidered with red, blue, green, black and metallic threads in floral pattern and strips. Narrow brim covered with red wool strip and edged with black braid which hangs as a tassel either side. Lined with natural colored linen. Good condition. Similar to one shown in the V&A, London
