Blue serge with grosgrain and satin stripe ribbon inserts in sleeve and front with beaded bands on each side center front; cut steel buttons; skirt has bustle back and overskirt of serge, underskirt of striped fabric; fitted bodice. Fairly good condition: has been patched in places.
