Dress


Brown wool/linen blend dress with small foulard print in teal and rose. Watteau pleating around the waist to gain fullness without bulk. Considerable fullness at center back making a slight train. Pocket in side seam made from flower sack cotton. Bodice lined with butcher’s linen. Waist fitted with front closing having buttons of brass painted with red-brown florettes and a fine corded seam at the waist. Dropped shoulder seam, with fine cording at seam line, 2 pc sleeves full-length, full elbow and fitted a the wrist. Collar is a 1" standing band. Very good condition. Flat back with stitched detail.
