Navy blue polkadot 2-pc silk dress, with a white ruffle trim on the yoke line and down CF and around the hem & sleeve cuffs. Pouter pigeon front. Opens center back with hooks & eyes. The yoke insert is an ivory textured shadow stripe silk with the same fabric used to create the high band collar.
